Job Description:
Understanding of Operating Systems
Browser Support- Internet Explorer/Google Chrome etc
Providing Voice Support to IBM Internal End Users and External
Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA and AP.

Strong computer knowledge and trooubleshooting skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent Customer Service Orientation
