Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Central Institute for Research on Cotton Technology (CIRCOT) Mumbai invites application in the prescribed application format for recruitment of following Technical posts as published in the Employment News 3-9 January, 2015.

Educational Qualifications:

Senior Technical Officer (Laboratory Technician) -> Master's Degree in Textile Technology/ Agricultural Process Engineering Farm Machinery and Power/Textile Chemistry /Physics or equivalent qualification from recognized university. Desirable - Experience in the relevant field from Central/State Universities, Research institutes.'reputed industries.

Technical Assistant (Laboratory Technician)  -> Bachelor's Degree in Textile Technology/ Textile Chemistry/Agricultural Engineering Mechanical Engineering / Physics/Chemistry /Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent qualification from recognized university. Desirable - Experience in the relevant field from Central/State Universities, Research Institutes reputed industries. Working Knowledge of Computers.

Technician -> Matriculate with at least one year trade certificate from recognized Institution in the relevant Held. Desirable - Experience in the relevant field from reputed institute/industry. Working knowledge of Computer.

Age Relaxation -> 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC.

Application Fee: A Non-Refundable fee of Rs.500/- for Senior Technical Officer post and Rs. 300/- for Technical Assistants and Laboratory Technician posts. The in the form of Bank Draft in favour of "Director, CIRCOT, Mumbai" payable at Mumbai. No fee for SC/ST/PWD/Women Candidates.

Selection Process: Written Test and interview.

How To Apply: Applications should be submitted in the prescribed proforma strictly typed/hand written. Separate applications and fee should be submitted for each post. Name of the post/functional group and Sr. No. of the post for which applied must be clearly indicated on the envelope along with sender's name and address in capital letters as "application for the post of________ Sr. No________.
