Walk-in-interview will be held for engagement of following post at Unakoti District on purely Contract basis for a period of 11 (Eleven) month, in connection with formation of “Dedicated School Health Team” under Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram, National Health Mission as per schedule date & time mentioned below

Post: Pharmacist (Allopath)

Fixed Pay Basis: Rs. 9,500/- Per Month

Qualification & Experience: * HS (+2) stage with Science from a recognized institution.
* Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.

Interview Date, time & Place: Date: 09/12/2014 Time: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Place: O/o CMO (Unakoti), Gournagar, Kailashahar

Terms & Condition of engagement:-
1. The engagement will be initially for the period of 11 (Eleven) months from the date of joining the post, which likely to be extended based on the performance of employees till the project period only.
2. No objection certificate will not be issued within first contractual period of engagement with effect from the date of joining the post.
3. The number of post may increase / decrease at any time before or after interview.
