Job Description:
Technical Support Voice – International Process (Associate Level ONLY)
Customer support to international customers over the phone for voice process (INBOUND, NO SALES)
Knowledge of basics of computer- MS Office(Word/Excel/Power Point) preferred

Desired Profile:
Excellent communication skills in English with ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence,

clarity and ability to build rapport for Voice mProcess
Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English skills
CA, CS, PGDM, MSc IT, M.Tech, MBA, MCA etc. (or equivalent) are NOT eligible
Candidates pursuing any regular course or any of the above course are NOT eligible
